Job Summary
Electrical Field Supervisor responsible for overseeing safety, quality and efficiency of residential electrical installation projects across multiple crews. Lead and motivate teams, schedule work using the BOLT system, ensure adherence to NEC codes, order materials, complete payroll tickets weekly, conduct post-completion walk-throughs for code compliance, and troubleshoot to meet deadlines. Requires strong supervisory/leadership skills, analytical/problem-solving abilities, mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to meet deadlines, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR. 5 years of experience in fast-paced residential electrical new construction and a high school diploma or equivalent are required; vocational/technical training preferred.
