Job Summary

Manage overseas electrical maintenance teams performing preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs on power panels, switchgear, and grounding systems. Provide technical oversight for electrical systems while enforcing NFPA 70e, LOTO, and safety protocols during site inspections and toolbox meetings. Mentor technicians, review work orders, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with schedulers to execute annual work plans. Contribute to quality control initiatives and report incidents or hazards promptly. Requires active Top Secret clearance, ability to travel overseas, and on-call availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an electrical field from an accredited college or university
  • Associate's degree in an electrical field from an accredited college or university
  • Master Electrician's license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in electrical design, renovation or electrical maintenance management
  • An active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one
  • Ability to travel overseas and work in various environments (hot, humid, or cold regions)
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual and technical labor safely, such as climbing ladders, working on rooftops and be able to lift and carry materials/tools in excess of 25lbs
  • Ability to be available for on-call duty as required
  • Knowledgeable and able to comply with all company, site-specific, and safety regulations (NFPA 70E, OSHA and others)
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, supervisors, and colleagues
  • Polite, service-oriented attitude with focus on client satisfaction
  • Strong comprehension of electrical equipment and systems to include, but not limited to grounding and bonding systems, switchgear, lightning protection systems, and main/sub distribution power panels
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Ability to logically diagnosis system faults under pressure
  • Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
