Electrical Field Supervisor

Job Summary
Manage teams of 20+ electricians, apprentices, and journeypersons to oversee safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems. Direct field personnel, delegate tasks, and coordinate scheduling of materials and tools to ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Review project documents for compliance, resolve construction difficulties, and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade contractors. Conduct annual performance evaluations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project costs, and quality standards. Maintain required licensing and training while reporting to the Field Supervisor, General Superintendent, or Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience
- Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program
- Four or more years of field supervision/management experience
- High level interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficiency in communication skills
- Organization skills
- Must be technology/computer proficient
- Maintain required licensing and training requirements
