Job Summary
Electrical Field Services Sales Representative sells power distribution services to new and existing clients in the Miami area within the Technical Field Services division, focusing on customer relationships, quotes/proposals, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include weekly site visits, CRM updates, developing new accounts, travel within the assigned territory, and maintaining profit margins; qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience, knowledge of power distribution components (switchgear, transformers, relays), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and three to five years pertinent sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with power distribution to include switchgear, transformers and relays desired.
- Possess good problem-solving skills while being able to effectively resolve customer concerns.
- A proven track record of sales and customer service successes
- Skilled negotiator
- Results-oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be an effective written and oral communicator.
- Must be proficient in the use of technology tools which are required to sustain effective sales planning and communications to internal and external customers.
- Must have valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel as needed.
