Job Summary
Conduct high-level electrical testing and analysis on power systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with NETA standards and safety regulations. Lead and manage electrical testing projects from initiation to completion, mentoring and training junior technicians in procedures and protocols. Prepare detailed reports on testing results, recommend improvements, and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for all field service issues and requests. This role is based in the Houston, TX & San Antonio, TX markets.
Required Qualifications
- NETA Level 3 or 4 Certification, or the ability to sit for the test within 6 months
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in technical services management, with a focus on electrical systems and NETA standards
- Experience / Knowledge of electrical code and standards, such as NEC, NESC, and applicable IEEE and ANSI
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
