Oversee all electrical operations by providing leadership, guidance, and technical support to field personnel performing on-site installation, repair, and maintenance activities. Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting project timelines and maintaining customer satisfaction. Lead field teams, coordinate resources, enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive operational excellence across multiple project sites. Requires 10+ years of progressive electrical fieldwork experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or multi-site management role, along with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
