Job Summary
Electrical/EWIS Engineer to own the end-to-end electrical architecture and EWIS lifecycle for UAV platforms, design, implement, and validate robust wiring harnesses and cable management for fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft, define power distribution and battery integration, integrate avionics, radios, sensors, and onboard computing, and take electrical systems from design into real aircraft with reliable operation in harsh environments. Responsibilities include hands-on bench and flight testing, instrumentation and failure analysis, and iterative improvements; collaborate with airframe, avionics, and software teams; document architectures, wiring diagrams, and integration procedures; support compliance with relevant aerospace standards and Bw requirements; require proven experience in electrical systems or EWIS for UAVs/aircraft, hands-on wiring, crimping, soldering, and debugging, and a strong understanding of power, grounding, shielding, EMI/EMC, and signal integrity.
