Prepare detailed design-build electrical estimates from narratives, square footage, and conceptual drawings while developing complete pricing proposals independently. Review specifications, drawings, and addenda to ensure all requirements are captured, then collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to align estimates with field conditions. Manage multiple bid deadlines and client requests in a fast-paced environment using Electrical Bid Manager (EBM) or equivalent software at a high level of proficiency. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This hands-on role requires immediate precision and thrives on tight timelines within a supportive team culture focused on commercial and light industrial projects.
