Electrical Estimator - EV Infrastructure

Electrical Project Coordinator & Estimator is responsible for supporting projects throughout the lifecycle, combining project estimating, utility coordination, engineering support, permitting assistance, procurement coordination, and project documentation management. Conduct virtual site walks with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams; prepare electrical/construction cost estimates based on plans and site conditions; review RFPs and drawings to develop budgets; identify risks, scope gaps, and value engineering opportunities; assist in bid preparation and proposal development; coordinate with utility companies and manage service applications; prepare and submit utility documentation (WR numbers, site plans, one-line diagrams, load sheets, service applications); liaise between utilities, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely responses; coordinate engineering drawings and design deliverables; support permitting activities and project record management; assist with vendor sourcing and procurement; track material pricing and delivery; maintain project records and status reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines; participate in internal and client-facing project meetings.
