Job Summary
Interpret electrical schematics, wire, label, and install equipment assemblies while performing testing and troubleshooting. Support preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades by strictly following safety procedures including energy isolation and required PPE. Document configurations, test results, and maintenance actions clearly and accurately. Requires a technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with reading schematics and using test instruments. Compensation is commensurate with experience, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health insurance, stock options, and relocation assistance where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Technical certificate, associate degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on electrical experience.
- Ability to read and produce schematics, terminate and label wiring, use electrical test equipment, and troubleshoot systematically.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and collaboratively in a laboratory, shop, manufacturing, commercial, or industrial environment.
- Clear communication, careful documentation, and a practical problem-solving mindset.
Desired Qualifications
