Job Summary
In this hands-on leadership role, you will supervise a team of electricians and manage electrical systems in a high-speed food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include troubleshooting controls, leading automation upgrades, and ensuring compliance with electrical standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in controls or electrical engineering
- Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk View, and HMI systems
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in a food environment
- Experience modifying and maintaining PLC and HMI programs
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in AutoCAD Electrical
- Familiarity with high-speed packaging equipment and food safety standards
