Job Summary
Electrical Engineering Manager responsible for providing technical engineering information to Project Manager, Craft Supervisors, and Corporate Functional Managers to ensure design development and construction work complies with engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions for High Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Transportation electrical projects. Supports pre-construction and project controls (cost, scheduling, estimating), subcontract oversight, and collaborates with project construction supervision as needed. Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with in-office presence in Rockford, IL and up to 50% travel to Midwest project sites; company vehicle and fuel card provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in utility or electrical systems preferred
