ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING MANAGER - POWER GENERATION

Job Summary
Oversee electrical engineering activities across combined cycle power generation facilities, lead reliability initiatives, support commissioning/startup, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure reliability and availability of electrical systems and assets, work closely with EPC and operations teams during installation and commissioning phases, support troubleshooting and operational optimization, oversee major assets including gas turbines, steam turbines, switchgear, transformers, motors, generators, protection relays, electrical controls, instrumentation, and related systems, and lead, mentor, and develop multicultural technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Strong CCGT / combined cycle experience required
- Prior power generation operations leadership experience required
