Job Summary
Electrical Engineering Manager with FPGA/Digital Design background to lead a team of embedded FPGA engineers developing FPGA firmware for wireless communication system applications; responsible for resource and budget planning, cross-functional coordination, and guiding FPGA solutions from design through verification in secure tactical communication products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- minimum 9 years FPGA/ASIC embedded system experience (or 7+ with graduate degree)
- experience leading a team of engineers
- ability to obtain a security clearance
- strong knowledge of FPGA/ASIC development and verification methodologies
- experience with VHDL/Verilog
- experience with SystemVerilog/UVM/OVM
- demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- ability to work with remotely located teams
- good technical writing skills
- security clearance eligibility
