Job Summary
Electrical Engineering Manager in Bangalore leading a team of electrical engineers to deliver engineering solutions for electrical systems and wiring design and installation. Oversees project planning, budgets, schedules, and performance standards; serves as initial escalation point for team issues; analyzes hiring results and informs team strategy; leads projects or initiatives to improve processes and products; demonstrates Boeing behaviors; collaborates with Sr. Engineering Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Electronics/Electrical/EEE/E&C/E&TC/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering
- 13 to 16 years experience
- at least one year leadership experience OR equivalent leadership training
- Strong communication skills
