Job Summary
Lead and manage a team of FPGA engineers responsible for designing and implementing firmware for advanced wireless communication systems. Drive project execution to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and performance metrics while developing cost estimates and project schedules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and validate FPGA solutions for radio product development. Continuously improve FPGA development processes and best practices. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Support hiring, training, and career development of direct reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in FPGA/ASIC development and verification for embedded systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects
- Strong understanding of FPGA/ASIC development and verification methodologies
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
