Job Summary
Leading a team of engineers, the Electrical Engineering Leader will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components, with a strong focus on innovation in renewable energy solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on control systems and power systems
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership
Desired Qualifications
- PE license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Matlab, Simulink, and PCB design software
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and embedded systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
