Job Summary
Electrical Engineering Intern to work on embedded firmware for TI C2000 microcontrollers, assist in design/prototyping of analog and digital circuits and power electronics, perform schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium Designer, conduct hardware testing with oscilloscopes and data acquisition systems, integrate sensors and actuators with CAN/SPI/I2C/RS-232, perform bench testing and data analysis for engine control systems and PID control, and collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and test engineers on full system integration and validation, while documenting test results and designs.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits and electronics fundamentals
- Solid programming skills in C / C++
- Hands-on experience using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
