Job Summary
Conduct hands-on experience in cryogenic and vacuum technologies by learning product design, manufacturing processes, and project planning within a manufacturing facility. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on meaningful projects while engaging in project scheduling, budgeting, and testing activities. Present internship accomplishments to Senior Management under the mentorship of experienced engineers. Gain work experience in a high-energy environment through active listening, strong communication, and self-management of multiple projects.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time graduate students currently attending an accredited college or university majoring in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week, M-F, 8am-5pm) & onsite for the duration of the internship
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and active listening skills
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Interest and ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail
- demonstrated ability to self-manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above)
