Electrical Engineer

Contribute to technical design development by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and applying sound design solutions to support project goals. Assist in preparing and coordinating construction documents from schematic design through construction administration to ensure accuracy and quality. Support the refinement of departmental standards and quality practices to enhance team performance and client outcomes. Build positive relationships with clients by communicating clearly and listening actively throughout planning and design phases. Participate in discipline-specific coordination efforts with internal teams, consultants, and construction partners to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, professional licensure, and 5 to 10 years of experience in the A/E or MEP industry.
