Job Summary
Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and special systems for healthcare, educational, commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities across PA, NY, and NJ. Manage projects through all phases including design, documentation, coordination, and construction administration while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with architects, MEP disciplines, owners, contractors, and consultants. Oversee development of construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit, support short circuit and arc flash studies, and ensure compliance with NEC and industry standards. Attend client meetings to provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of electrical consulting engineering experience focused on building systems
- Strong experience with lighting, power distribution, and special systems design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
