Job Summary
Plan, execute, and settle projects while optimizing costs and personnel allocation. Conduct functional tests and provide technical oversight for maintenance and fault resolution on primary components at substations and converters. Lead maintenance and outage response efforts, evaluate maintenance actions and new construction projects, and implement updated maintenance concepts. Deliver practical training for the team and serve as the central technical specialist for primary engineering principles. Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and HSE regulations while collaborating cross-functionally to develop efficient solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 – B2)
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Instandhaltungs- oder Störungsmanagement an Netzanlagen
- Projekterfahrungen (insbesondere vor, während und nach der technischen Inbetriebnahme von Anlagenteilen)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Planungssoftware
- Erfahrungen mit SAP PM / MM und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
