Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of microwave link planning, RF propagation, and interference analysis
  • Understanding of broadband wireless technologies for airport surface communications
  • Experience assessing system compatibility in frequency environments
  • Ability to perform engineering calculations
  • U.S. citizenship and active Secret clearance required

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of spectrum-engineering principles
  • Experience in applying analytical and automation tools for frequency-assignment processing
  • Familiar with Spectrum XXI or similar federal spectrum management tools
