Job Summary
Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance on all electrical systems, including air conditioning, UPS, generators, and LV plant. Fault-find using graphical information and alarm data to remedy defects promptly and ensure serviceability. Complete paperwork for all tasks, update the Computer-Based Maintenance System, and prepare method statements and risk assessments for safe working practices. Maintain plant rooms and close out tickets accurately. This contract includes a Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 schedule with a Zones 1 & 2 Travel Card provided.
Required Qualifications
- Formally trained in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or the equivalent NVQ and Building Services maintenance
- 18th Edition BS7671 City and Guilds
- Experience in a similar role
