Electrical Engineer (Senior / Staff) – Power Innovation

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems and power distribution networks supporting critical infrastructure including pipelines and storage facilities. Drive Power Innovation initiatives, including integration of automation, real-time monitoring, energy storage, and advanced control systems. Apply and enhance safety practices including arc flash mitigation, fault detection, and protection systems. Provide technical expertise in power distribution, electrical schematics, and system design for both new construction and upgrades. Manage engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and business objectives; ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE). Analyze system performance and reliability, identify opportunities for optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engineering solutions. Mentor and support the development of engineers, influencing standards, technical strategy, and decision-making.
