Job Summary
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems and production equipment, including analysis of tasks and predictive maintenance implementation. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, and control system issues while analyzing machine breakdowns to prevent recurrence. Support PLC, motor control, inverter, and instrumentation maintenance, coordinating with Production to ensure machine availability. Monitor utility systems for energy-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical standards. Supervise regular technicians and outsource contractors for turnkey project installations, managing milestones for budget and time frame. Provide technical data and knowledge management to site staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ year of experience in maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of electrical systems, motor control, PLC, and industrial equipment
- Experience with troubleshooting (Siemens, Nidec, ABB, etc.)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or electrical design software
- Experience in preventive maintenance systems (PM/CMMS)
