Job Summary
Lead electrical engineering projects, including design, construction supervision, and installation of equipment modifications. Provide engineering oversight of plant infrastructure repairs and new installations; manage high voltage power distribution and substation maintenance; develop scope and project plans; coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering, vendors, and contractors; troubleshoot and upgrade machinery drives and controls; monitor and upgrade distribution systems; ensure timely, high-quality, cost-effective, and safe project execution with focus on reliability and reduced downtime.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7-10 years of electrical engineering experience
- Experience with PLCs, HMI, and digital drives
- Familiarity with power distribution design and National Electrical Code
- Experience in electrical maintenance in heavy industrial environments
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel and accommodate off-shifts/weekends
