Electrical Engineer & Python Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

Electrical Engineer & Python Expert needed for a part-time, project-based freelance AI training role. You will design computational engineering problems that hinge on specialized tools (e.g., ngspice, scikit-rf, python-control, pandapower, PyPSA) to challenge frontier AI models. Responsibilities include writing Python reference solutions, providing circuit definitions, selecting anchor tools, and determining numerical tolerances, then testing the problems against model outputs inside a sealed Linux container with a programmatic judge. You will tune problem difficulty to achieve a targeted pass rate, and collaborate with a senior reviewer to ensure task quality. Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, 2+ years of experience, Python proficiency, and willingness to learn additional toolchains, plus strong English (C1+).
