Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer (Power) will serve as a Design Lead on multiple projects in the power generation and distribution industry, responsible for developing electrical design packages from conceptual to IFC level, coordinating closely with vendor packagers, and understanding design limitations. Candidates should have experience with ETAP or SKM modeling, capability to develop power plans and systems plans, and familiarity with IEEE, UL, NEMA, NFPA standards. Strong communication skills, project management, and the willingness to travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BS. in Electrical Engineering
- 5-15 years of work experience with complex electrical systems in the industrial and power generation sector
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Professional Engineering license preferred
- Experience with Revit
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
