Job Summary
Electrical Engineer - Power Electronics involved in design and testing of power electronic converters (AC-DC, DC-AC, DC-DC) from 1 kW to 150 kW, design and test of high-speed motor drives, development of digital control algorithms and filters for power electronics, design of power stages and sensor electronics for SiC/GaN devices, development of cooling-enabled modules, PCB design and fabrication, and implementation on microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs; US citizenship required for ITAR program; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- BS in electrical engineering required with GPA 3.3 or higher
- MS and PhD candidates preferred
