Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer for a Department of the Air Force contract supporting the 6th Engineer Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, FL. Responsible for design, analysis, and execution of electrical systems for building, infrastructure, and mission-critical projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security, and IT systems. Develops and reviews electrical designs in compliance with NEC, NFPA, IBC, UFC, and UFGS; collaborates with government clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams; performs QA/QC across all project phases; supports planning, risk identification, and project execution from pre-construction through warranty; seeks independent initiative and mentoring of junior staff while ensuring alignment with contract requirements and mission needs.
