Job Summary
Conduct component selection, create electrical drawings, and program electrical control systems for pollution control and dehumidification equipment while adhering to governing regulations. Develop product standardization, generate wiring diagrams, PLC ladder logic, and HMI interfacing programs, and perform calculations to meet project requirements. Create electrical bills of materials, review documentation for submittal accuracy, and support manufacturing during assembly, wiring, and testing. Assist sales, service technicians, and customers with technical support and costing. Lead electrical design improvements and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with five years of experience in industrial machinery controls, PLCs, HMIs, and AutoCAD Electrical. Includes 10% domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- five (5) years of experience in electrical controls design of industrial machinery
- five (5) years of experience with PLCs and HMIs
- AutoCAD Electrical
- ERP/MRP systems
- 10% domestic and international travel
