Job Summary
Design and develop electrical hardware for Road Power Plants, creating schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes from concept to production readiness. Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging, and system validation while integrating sensors, actuators, and control units. Collaborate with mechanical, software, hydraulic, and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary challenges and support real-world field testing. Optimize systems for reliability, manufacturability, and scalability to prepare the product for international serial deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in electrical hardware development, electronic product development or comparable engineering roles
- Experience developing electrical systems from concept through production readiness
- Strong knowledge of PCB design, circuit development, component selection and system integration
- Experience with testing, validation and debugging of electronic systems
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and thrive in a fast paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
