Job Summary
Electrical Engineer Level 5 responsible for production troubleshooting, hardware analysis, supplier coordination, and cross-functional engineering support in a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. Requires hands-on experience with complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems, ability to update technical documentation, prepare engineering change packages, diagnose hardware failures with test equipment, and collaborate with suppliers. Roles include shift-based responsibilities (multiple 1st-4th shifts with potential differential). Emphasis on problem solving, communication, and leadership within cross-functional teams to support production objectives and government contract programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience
- Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing/debugging
- Experience troubleshooting complex circuit card assemblies and electro-mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs
- Candidates must be U.S. Persons due to government contract requirements
- Active Secret Clearance, eligibility to obtain one, or ability to obtain Interim Clearance required
