Job Summary
Electrical Engineer with a Building Projects focus to develop concepts, strategies, designs, drawings, specifications and reports; work with multi-discipline teams in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities include acting as project electrical engineer across proposal, design, bidding and construction phases; perform code reviews; delegate and monitor tasks to junior team members; meetings with external and internal clients; perform building condition assessment reports. Requirements: a bachelor’s degree in engineering; minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years at an A/E consulting firm; Autodesk Revit proficiency. EIT or PE license is preferred. Experience in electrical distribution systems, power, lighting, utilities, as well as communications, security, and fire alarm systems is desired.
