Job Summary
Electrical Engineer for IoT and RFID-focused consumer electronics: responsibilities include on-site customer support during evaluation and ramp-up, supporting product demonstrations at exhibitions, developing and maintaining demonstration and starter kits, benchmarking, silicon validation with design teams, analyzing customer returns with cross-functional teams, strengthening RFID community links, and aiding go-to-market strategies. Requires BSEE (MSEE preferred), ~3+ years in HW/SW product development or apps engineering, strong electronics/RF background, excellent communication, ability to collaborate with European teams, knowledge of RFID systems, and optional Android/iOS/app and embedded FW development. Travel ~20% to customer sites, trade shows, and Europe; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- BSEE from an established university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development (HW/SW) or apps engineering
- Strong electronics and/or radio-frequency engineering background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work effectively with local and remote (European) design team members
- An understanding of RFID systems and communication protocols and, skills in Android and/or iOS app and embedded FW development would be a plus
