Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality engineering solutions for water, wastewater, and industrial process facilities. Key responsibilities include designing and developing power distribution systems, reviewing instrumentation and control systems, and generating one-line diagrams and schematics. The role requires strong communication skills, hands-on experience in power distribution up to 15kV, and proficiency in P&ID development. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in water/wastewater treatment or industrial sectors
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Proven experience with up to 15kV power system design and power distribution network design
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems
- Proficient in developing and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics
- Familiarity with industry tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, SKM, Revit, or similar software
- Solid understanding of NEC and IEEE standards
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Experience with SCADA and PLC/DCS systems integration
- Familiarity with NFPA 70E, Arc Flash Studies, and Hazardous Area Classification
