Electrical Engineer III

Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer III, lead design concepts and analyses across MEP and architectural teams; mentor colleagues, deliver code-aligned documentation from concept through construction, and assume responsible charge for projects within your expertise. Develop discipline man-hour budgets and workplans, coordinate with suppliers/contractors/clients/utilities, review shop drawings, and conduct site visits to monitor progress while upholding QA/QC plans. Requires ABET-accredited BS in engineering and a PE license with 12 years of experience; proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Trace700, SKM, and strong technical writing and communications skills. This role operates in a hybrid arrangement based in Overland Park, KS, with ownership-driven culture and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited college
- Registered Professional Engineer
- 12 years applicable experience in discipline design and analysis
