Job Summary
Collaborate with engineers and logisticians to execute US government contracts for the sustainment and modification of USAF assets. Design, build, and maintain electrical designs, firmware, hardware, and software applications by reading, developing, and revising electrical schematics. Oversee technician installations and lead design and development activities, including mentorship of other engineers. Troubleshoot firmware, hardware, and software issues while applying complex technical disciplines to aircraft systems, RF design, and radar systems. This senior-level role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five years of experience, with some travel required.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with aircraft systems, modification, and installation
- Experience with software / firmware and hardware integration
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: High-speed board design, RF design, high-speed digital design, digital signal processing (DSP), FPGA
- Software development
- Strong math background
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as 10G or PCIe3+
- Experience with Radar systems
