Job Summary

Electrical Engineer III leads intermediate-complexity electrical system design within life sciences/food & beverage facilities, coordinating with architects, engineers, vendors, and construction partners. Responsibilities include power load, illumination, short circuit and voltage drop calculations; basis of design reports; code evaluations; one-line diagrams; plans, schedules, installation details, and specifications; BIM/CAD work; program/discipline budgeting for small‐to‐medium projects; design development through construction administration; mentorship of junior engineers; and field support (RFIs, submittals, punch lists). Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD with strong collaboration across multi-discipline teams; travel for client development and project execution; and ongoing professional development.”,

Required Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • Professional Engineer registration in good standing
  • 5 years of experience
  • Relevant AEC firm experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Intermediate knowledge of GMP manufacturing environments
  • Intermediate experience with engineering calculations for electrical lighting, power and special systems design
  • Intermediate experience with electrical codes/standards (NFPA, IESNA, UL, OSHA, IEEE)
  • Basic experience with building codes
  • Travel ability for client development and project execution
  • Background check as per EEO guidelines
