Electrical Engineer II, Video Products - Sustaining (Onsite)

Electrical Engineer II, Video Products - Sustaining role focused on maintaining and improving electronics designs behind Axon’s video products (mass-produced devices such as body-worn and in-vehicle systems). Own design changes addressing obsolescence, substitutions, and post-launch improvements; support regulatory testing (FCC, CE, PTCRB) and documentation. Perform bench verification, debug, and failure analysis; use OrCAD Capture and Allegro for schematic/layout updates; collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing to sustain product lifecycle. Provide hardware support for regulatory compliance, update BOMs, and communicate results to design teams. Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ with in-person collaboration.
