Job Summary
Electrical Engineer II responsible for developing analog and digital circuits, validating designs, troubleshooting hardware issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Responsibilities include circuit design, design validation, board layout reviews, test fixture development, firmware interface collaboration, compliance documentation (UL/FCC), field failure analysis, and data analysis automation. Requires ABET-accredited BS in Electrical Engineering, 1-3 years of direct electrical experience, and willingness to travel internationally. Emphasizes quality, customer focus, innovation, ownership, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 1-3 years direct electrical work experience
- Strong technical, analytical, planning, time management, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with design of hand-held electronic products and rechargeable battery systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- International travel required
