Job Summary
Design, develop, modify, and analyze electronics systems including hardware, power engineering, and integrated circuits. Troubleshoot malfunctions in existing products, compile test data, and develop design approaches to meet customer specifications. Document product testing, specify supplier components, and develop prototypes to retire development risks. Report progress regularly, provide cost and schedule input for design assignments, and participate in proposals. Communicate with company personnel and customers while supporting program design for cost and design-for-manufacture requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Competent technical expertise
- Application domain knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment
