The role involves creating and maintaining ECOs and production release packages, providing regulatory documentation for domestic and international agencies, preparing samples and test reports for homologation, serving as the technical interface across CE, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D, and presenting verification results in design reviews. Qualifications emphasize BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with related industry experience, CAD and simulation tool proficiency, DSP, acoustics knowledge, and strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a salary target range of $78,540 to $102,000/year, plus comprehensive benefits and potential bonus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field OR Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience: With BS: minimum two years in hearing aid design or product development; With MS: minimum one year in hearing aid design or product development
  • Proficiency with schematic and layout CAD packages
  • Proficiency with circuit simulation tools
  • Proficiency with PCB analysis tools
  • Intermediate DSP knowledge
  • Intermediate analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog knowledge
  • Intermediate acoustics and hearing aid design knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of product development best practices (DFM, DOE, DFMEA, Lean PD, EMC)
  • Excellent design, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
