Job Summary
Provide Engineering design support to Electrical Project Engineer by creating and maintaining engineering drawings, bill of materials, and routings for electrically controlled products. Maintain quality and timeliness for engineering requirements, supply shop support for manufacture and assembly, and process Engineering Change Notices as required. Perform product troubleshooting and shop testing, while maintaining product design costs and working with Sales on quotations. Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology or equivalent experience is required, along with practical AutoCAD skills and training in NFPA 79, NEC, OSHA, and PLC programming.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering technology (or equivalent degree)
- 2 year's experience in related position
- AutoCAD Skills
- Practical experience with NFPA 79
- Practical experience with NEC
- Practical experience with OSHA
- Practical experience with PLC programming
