Job Summary
Electrical Engineer responsible for leading design, integration, and testing of electrical systems on military platforms; oversees a team of engineers, guides development from concept through product lifecycle, and applies advanced principles to deliver innovative defense solutions. Requires 5+ years in electrical engineering, electronics design and PCB expertise, environmental and EMI testing, system integration, MBSE/DoD experience, and ability to travel up to 25%. Clearances: Secret and Top Secret potential. Education: Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master’s degree is a nice-to-have.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering field
- Experience with electronics design, schematics capture, PCB design, and fabrication
- Experience performing testing and troubleshooting of electronic or electrical devices to the component level in various conditions
- Experience with the integration, testing, and development of electrical systems into military platforms
- Experience with the development, planning, and execution of environmental and EMI testing of electrical systems
- Ability to prepare written documents, including reports, test plans, design specifications, requirements documents, and training materials
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to work in indoor labs and outdoor test ranges
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Top Secret clearance
