Job Summary
Electrical Engineer for grid and high-voltage infrastructure responsible for the electrical overall architecture of network connections in HV/MV, development of concepts for substation and grid connections and protection/control systems, sizing of transformers and switchgear, coordination with TSO/DSO, managing network connection processes and regulatory compliance (VDE, TAB) in Germany, overseeing projects from planning to commissioning and ensuring technical excellence. Requires 5+ years of experience in HV/extra-high voltage and familiarity with German energy infrastructure projects, operators, EPCs, and regulators; regular presence in Munich. Fluent in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (5 Jahre+) im Bereich Hoch- oder Höchstspannung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung und Auslegung von Umspannwerken und Netzanschlüssen
- Vertrautheit mit TSO-/DSO-Strukturen und deren Anforderungen
- Regulatorik, Normen und technische Richtlinien in Deutschland
- Systemisches Denken, technische Tiefe und klare Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Regelmäßiger Präsenz in München für Abstimmungen und Projektarbeit
- Fließendes Deutsch sowie sehr gutes Englisch
