Job Summary

Monitor electrical asset health, reliability, and performance across offshore wind farms while investigating faults, failures, and system disturbances. Provide technical integrity support by reviewing OEM recommendations, managing technical risks, and implementing reliability improvement initiatives. Support lifecycle planning, replacement strategies, and asset handover from construction to operations, ensuring compliance with electrical standards and safety requirements. Apply fault-finding and root cause analysis skills to maintain technical integrity throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in offshore wind, utilities, transmission, distribution, or industrial power systems
  • Knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and equipment
  • Familiarity with transformers, switchgear, protection, and control systems
  • Experience with fault finding and technical investigations
  • Understanding of electrical asset management and reliability principles
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in Polish and English language
