Job Summary
Use electrical drawings to troubleshoot and analyze system failure modes, developing and maintaining common failure mode documentation. Run Post Data Analysis Toolkits to determine functional test results, execute test procedures to support testing and vehicle delivery, and analyze data to generate Test Reports while documenting non-conformances. Collaborate with multiple teams to meet technical and schedule requirements for the Common Hypersonic Glide Body (CHGB) Program. This role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of testing experience in a MIL-STD-810 environment.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in testing
- Background in Manufacturing and/or Test Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret Electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience working with electrical systems and RF test equipment
- Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area
- Must be a US Citizen
- Possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Active security clearance
- Experience in electrical system design and troubleshooting
- Experience with National Instrument Software
- Experience supporting DoD programs related to missile systems, reentry vehicles, or hypersonic technologies
- Prior work in assembly, integration, or testing of missile systems
- Experience supporting rapid development, prototyping, or fast-paced engineering programs
- Experience creating engineering drawings and managing data in Windchill
- Experience in environmental and dynamic testing
