Job Summary
Support electrical preventive maintenance for all plant equipment at both Cans and Ends, analyzing machine downtime losses to improve production efficiency. Identify potential failure modes, provide preventive actions, and assist the team in troubleshooting and implementing corrective measures. Update all electrical drawings and PLC programs, compile training guides, and deliver instruction to electricians while ensuring safe working practices through EH&S and HACCP program implementation. Requires a minimum diploma in electrical or electronic engineering with five years of mass production experience, including five years in PLC, panel view servo drive, and SLC control system maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Have Transportation to living place
- PL: follow labor law
- Minimum diploma in electrical or electronic engineering
- Five years working in a mass production environment
- Minimum five years experience's in PLC, Panel view servo drive and SLC control system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawing
- Willing to work flexi hours and perform shift work
- Ability to work and good communicate at all levels of the organization
- Able to work as a team
- Good written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge on Allen Bradley PLC, Panel view and SLC programming preferred
